Returns Policy

We have a 3-days return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a replacement/return.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We offer free replacements only for items with manufacturing defects such as defective elastic band, broken component and similar defects that could happen at the time of hand crafting the products.

Any other replacements for reasons other than damages or defects will cost AED 20 + price difference of the replacement item. 

We will try our best to replace the damaged items and only in case there is no replacement available, we will issue refunds.

Please allow us 4-5 business days to arrange replacement however, we shall try our best to arrange it at the earliest.

Our products are made of brass metal, Copper metal, natural stones, crystals, rudraksha seeds, etc and these have their inherent imperfections that define them. These imperfections are not to be considered as manufacturing defects.

We also cannot accept returns in case the customer changes his/her mind after placing the order or upon receiving the product. The actual product may be slightly different from their pictures on the website due to their natural characteristics and this shall not be considered as ground for refusal.

Also, in case of Cash on Delivery orders, we cannot accept cancelation once the order is placed, and the product is delivered within the stipulated delivery period.  

To start a return, you can contact us at customercare@moskahabay.com or WhatsApp us at 0509267011 If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

In case on online payment, the refund will be processed on your credit/debit card.In case of Cash on delivery, refund will be credited to the customer's online account for which, their account details shall be needed by us. Please be assured that we do not share customer details with any third party and is maintained under strict confidentiality.
